EE2 HTML Tabe Helper - Array

I am trying to make use of
$this->EE->load->library('table')The $data I have is a multidimensional array as follows and I would like to use the $data[‘filed_list’][0][array 0 to 3]=>[name] - as the first table row headings

Not quite sure of the best way. I have tried several and am having difficulty. Arrays are definitely not my strength. Any help would be great.
