Access BASE from Action

I have an Action that I call from a Module that I want to redirect back to the page it was called from when its called. I tried using the BASE constant to form the URL to redirect to but it looks like it doesn’t work from inside Actions. I just need to get the System Folder and Index file. Any thoughts?

Yeah, This one can be closed as well. I just need to use the Config variables to create the url instead of BASE
