No Follow add-on isn't using whitelist

I’ve put a series of sites on my whitelist. After I added the No Follow plug-in I used this template code:

{exp:comment:entries}
{count}. {url_as_author} {if location}from {location}{/if} 

{comment}
{/exp:comment:entries}
{/exp:no_follow}

I wasn’t sure if wrapping the entire comments tag was ok, but it is working outside of not respecting the whitelist (which was checked for typos).

I used www and no www in: Modules -> Blacklist/Whitelist -> View Whitelist -> URL

Every link is getting nofollow (which is better than the opposite).

Sorry if this isn’t the correct forum, I wasn’t sure if this was truly technical support since it’s an Add-On, despite being a first party one.
