Adding attachments to contact/submission form

I am using version 1.6.6 and using the contact form that includes e-mail address. subject and the message.

Is there a way I can add fields for name and phone number as well as accepting attachments?

This is for anybody. I mean in my site which is a news site there is no membership or forum.

I just like the information accepted and them e-mail to like it does right now, except with the additional information.

I must admit, I am not real good in programming, but enough to be dangerous

any help is really appreciated.

Is there a module I can use that does this already?
