I just went to that page and it seems like that module is a free download. Is it missing something then?

Hi Mark, it doesn’t work with EE 2.1.3 and the developer isn’t supporting the add-on. When I say like, I just after something simple, no bells or whistles - just something that lets people chat and that I can put in a template. Pretty much like the link really.
