Is there a Twitter aggregator?

I’ve done some searching, haven’t found anything yet.
I’ve seen a few Twitter add-ons, but all are for displaying tweets from one account. I’m looking to group accounts, have a curated stream. Has anyone seen/made anything like this?

Thanks, but as I wrote, I did some searching, of course hitting devot-ee in the process. There’s nothing there that’s applicable.
In that case…
In that case I thought I’d post here, see if anyone knew of something not listed, has done something privately or has something in development. And if not, there’s a public thread about something that at least one person is interested in, maybe more if others chime in, which then lets me know if there’s interest in publicly releasing something if I build it myself.
