CodeIgniter 1.3 compatibility with PHP 5.1.6

Will CodeIgniter 1.3 run on PHP 5.1.6?
I have a script custom built for me on CodeIgniter 1.3 which does not run now that I have updated my server to PHP from 4x to 5.1.6. Any ideas why this might be?
