Dynamic Fetch Params

I have a plugin Idea that would allow for any type of input for parameters aka {exp:plugin name="Name" address="address"} OR {exp:plugin cost="25" quantity="2"}, etc. The point is I want to allow for people to input whatever parameters. All I need to know is to extract the ARray or object that contains them all. The standard call $this->EE->TMPL->fetch_param(‘param_name’);

Only allows for retrieval of a known parameter but is there away to get access to all parameters?
