Rendering text in images

Hello there, I’m wondering if, like SPIP ou Typo 3, EE was able to generate (render) vectorized text (the reason : I don’t want to embedd fonts, i just want the H1 to be auto-generated in gif ou Jpeg format). I’ve learned that it’s necessary to install a library on the server, but after, how can i achieve that in EE ?
