freeform not working for me

I have a client site that I am working on, on our server the contact us form works the way it is supposed to work. Which is the user fills out the form and hits submit, and the thank you message is displayed.

The form submits back to itself, and passes the following on the querystring /?form=success and the thank you message is displayed.

If I go through the same steps on the same steps on the live site, the form submits, but basically shows me the fields of the contact form all blanked out. The email is actually sent on the backend, but it is a little confusing from a usability point of view for the end user..

We are using Freeform and I have gone through all of the settings, to see what is missing between both environments, but I haven’t found anything yet.

I thought may be it was a caching issue on the server on the client’s end, but I am thinking that is not the case, because I set up caching on our end and the form continues to work as before.

This is really frustrating, so any help on this is appreciated. Thanks.
