setting up custom fields to be dependent on each other

Is it possible to set up a custom field where they are related to each other in the weblog entry?

example:

I have two fields, where I need to enter in the title text and a image, but I can’t have one without the other. Right now i am doing it on the honour system, with some text around the fields, but I was wondering if there was a better way of doing it.
