Outsourcing EE Development and Maintenace

Wondering if anyone has experience with 3rd party firms that specialize in outsourced management of EE?
For example, a 3rd party that would provide: * 24/7 software maintenance of the EE website(s) * Development (as needed) * Design (as needed) * Project management / Account management / etc as needed
I have found firms (many in India) that specialize in WP, Drupal, Joomla, RoR, but I haven’t seen any firms that focus on EE.

Yes - but I didn’t see any firms that addressed this type of “managed outsourcing” on an ongoing basis.
