Does EE include the eEE 1.x extension hooks as well?

It is not true, we pulled several of them. The updated list for 2.0 can be found here (categorized by hook location). And the EE 1 list is still here.

I don’t have a summary of what changed, but basically expect any html modifying cp hooks to no longer be available.
