Shopping cart without actually paying?

We have a community website where members can order perks..there is no actual payment involved. We’d like to show available items in a shopping cart type layout.

Does anyone know of a simple solution for something like this? The number of items will number about 30 so a simple one-page listing run through Freeform would be unwieldy.
