How to integrate CI plugin?

Hi,
Just curious how hard it would be to utilize this CI plugin?
I guess I am wondering if there are any tutorials on how I could utilize CI code/plugins to work with my EE2 install?

After having thought about it a little, I suppose I can just convert that particular CI plugin into a EE plugin and it should work.
I will experiment and post my results back here.
