UK Counties as ExpressionEngine categories

Hey All,

I had a need recently to add UK counties as categories into ExpressionEngine, so i built a quick SQL script that allows you to import them all in nice and easily, it’s also got 2 simple variables to define your site id and also which category group you’d like them to import to.
