New module: Bitly for EE

When converting the Headlines theme to EE I needed something that could turn the entry links into shortened URLs for tweeting so I made this module:

You bitlyfy any URL like this:

{exp:bitly bitly_login='YOUR_BITLY_LOGIN' bitly_api_key='YOUR_BITLY_API_KEY' url='http://www.verylonkurlhere.com/blabka-blabla-blabla'}

An additional feature with Bitly for EE is that it will cache the shortened URLs so that the bit.ly API is only contacted once for every unique URL.
