New Accessory: SearchEE

I recently built SearchEE which is a meta search engine for all things EE. It takes results from all the major EE resources and displays them on a single page. Since I was going down the making-finding-stuff-easy route I thought I might as well build an accessory while I was at it so you could run searches and view the results from inside the EE control panel.
