Next step to get NSM tinyMCE configured...

I know this isn’t necessarily under your jurisdiction, but maybe someone can help. I’ve uploaded all the NSM tinyMCE files to the third_party folder. The documentation then just says this is the configuration code:

However, where do I put this? I assume theres a specific file where I’d add this to “activate” tinyMCE, but I’m kinda lost at this point. Any help?
