Playa reversed relation question

I have a weblog ‘publications’. Inside a FF matrix field is a Playa field: author, which pulls the author name from another weblog.

Displaying the list is no problem: Publication name | author | download

But how about the other way around? From the detail page of the author I want to make a link: list my publications. I have read the documentation, but I am not sure how to do this.
