Importing CSV and images from local server

Hi All

I’ve got a client who wants to sell items based a locally stored catalogue database. So I was thinking they’d have a script on their local network that every night would export their DB to a CSV and upload it to somewhere on their live site. Then EE would use something like CSVGrab to pull the latest version into a weblog (also overwriting/removing yesterday’s version of each entry). Will that work?

I’m also stuck on is how to get images from their local server onto the live server. Does anyone know of a way that I could also upload every night any new images linked to the DB to the live site, so that the created entries would be able to link to them?
