Hi there,

I’m having an issue with my EE site. The site is reporting an error with the Activity Feed module; http://www.jonnysimpson.com

However, I’ve had the guys over at Dabbledoo (who provide the module) take a look at my install and they believe the issue is not related to the module itself.

The weird thing is that the site works perfectly fine when you visit the site viewing the template directly; http://www.jonnysimpson.com/index

I was wondering if anyone might have any suggestions?

Thank you.

Hanabi, we don’t provide support for third party offerings. Moving to Modules.

But I’d take a look at any sort of .htaccess file, and rename it temporarily.

Hi Sue,

I have removed the .htaccess file completely. It still gives me the error. I realise it is a third party module, but Dabbledoo seem to think this is an EE issue and not a module issue, even though the error says it is the module. So i’m a bit unsure of how to proceed. :(

The only other thing I can suggest you trying is to create a local install, and add the module there. Does it work then with a clean EE install?
