New Extension Template (1.6.x)

I freaking hate needing to start extensions from scratch every time, and I haven’t developed enough of them to have a solid library of extension snippets. I finally bit the bullet, and coded a new extension template to jump-start the custom extensions that I need to create for clients. You can find the template attached to this post, and usage instructions are in comments near the top of the file.

This sucker is heavily based off Leevi Graham’s free extensions, and released under the same license. Thanks Leevi! You’re awesome.
