Mailing List extensions?

Hi all,
My client would like to add a small number of images (1-5) to their monthly newsletter, and is happy using the basic built-in EE Mailing List module. Does anyone know of any good extensions to the built-in EE Mailing List that allow for this?

My client want this too, but i haven’t start working on that part of the website. Here are some suggestions.
