I’m trying this out and I have a couple of questions.
1) Does anyone know if 4.5 ready for 2.0? 2) If so, which specific folder do I actually extract these files into?

No it is not ready yet due to other commitments I’m afraid. Hopefully in the next few weeks I will get around to it. Sorry I don’t have anything more specific for you.
