LG better meta and duplicate URLs

Hi,

For some reason I end up with duplicate URLs on a blog I develop, example:

domain.com/blog/article/this_is_a_post_link_1/ is the “SEO” URL for the blog post But this post is also in a category of course, and in this category its URL is domain.com/blog/article/16/ which is incorrect.

I wonder how to fix the incorrect URLs in my categories. If someone has an idea?

I also end up with a /index.php producing wrong URLs in “View all posts by this member” pages.
