LG Better Meta with site wider header template

Sorry if this has been covered somewhere before…

The problem I am having with the extension is that the site has a header template for the entire site. I need to give each page an individual title, description etc.

So when I add {exp:lg_better_meta_pl:template url_title="{segment_3}”} to the head all pages in {segment_2} and so on loose their meta info.

Is there a way to sort this problem with adding multiple header templates.
