pi.entry_cats - Undefined offset error message after migrating servers

Hiya,
I’ve just migrated a site onto a new server and am getting an error that I’m not sure about. It relates to the Entry Categories Plugin from Laisvunas. The error is as follows:
Notice: Undefined offset: -1 in /xxx/plugins/pi.entry_cats.php on line 215
If anyone can shed some light it’d be much appreciated. Everything else is working beautifully.
