Hello

I am having great difficulty in getting Notifications to work. I only have SuperAdmins, Publishers and Editors. When Editors make a change and ‘Submit For Approval’, the page just effectively refreshes and nothing is saved/submitted, Publishers and I do not get any notifications and the entry state is not changed. The email template is all set up, access to weblogs and such is all set up…..

I have set up all the settings that could be possible to set….and at one point this seemed to work….but won’t now.

EE V1.6.8 PP V1.1.1

Thanks

Hi Kreate,

Which browser are you using? What other addons do you have installed?

Cheers

Hey Jake,

Can you check that the path to the NSM Publish Plus javascript is correct in the source code of the publish form? Also are you getting any JS errors.

As a test can you create a new weblog with no custom fields and test publish plus on that weblog. Then start adding custom fields one by one to see of any of them are causing errors.

Cheers
