Modified Textile Plugin for EE 2.0 - Am I allowed to distribute?

Sorry for this silly question: I have adapted the Textile Plugin to new ExpressionEngine 2 architecture. Only some lines of Code were affected.
I’m wondering how to make this slighly modified Version available for other users. Am I allowed to attach the File here to this forum?

It’s GPLed, so I don’t see why not. Be sure to ping devot:ee, too.
