Upgrading Structure from 1.3.1

Hello,
I have set up a site with version 1.3.1. Our client is very happy with it and is the process of adding a rather formidable amount of content. I would like to upgrade to 2.0.1. Is it possible to upgrade the current installation without blowing away all the content that has been entered?
