I added the extention FieldFrame (by nGen), and the supplementary thingy that goes with it, File Field (that creates a field that has a browse button that you can use to upload a file).

The extension works well to upload/add a file. After adding the file (in this case an image), I have a thumbnail of the image in my edit page for the blog entry that I am using. There is a small trash can icon next to that; I assume that is for deleting the image, and that you can then upload a new one? When I click on the trash can, nothing happens.

The link that I have when my mouse is over the trash can is: http://mysitedomain.com/admin/index.php?S=60b4b30becd443397b9297024815262874a27933&C=edit&M=edit_entry&weblog_id=2&entry_id=6#

How can I fix this? I have no way to delete/change an image once I have added it using FieldFrame’s “file” field.

I have had so many problems with using extentions, I am almost ready to stop trying to use them.

Hi. I am hoping that someone out there who uses nGen’s fieldframe extension can help me with this problem (see above). I cannot change/delete a file after adding it via the fieldframe’s “file” field.

Hello, I solved the problem: I did not have JQuery for the control panel enabled. When I enabled it, it worked. Whew. Problem is resolved.
