I installed the new rRevelate Labs EE mobile admin add on for the iPod Touch/iPhone. But ran into a snap with the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /home/boniface/public_html/system/extensions/mobile_admin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 12

This is all I get when I log into my control panel, so there is no way to disable this in the extension manager. How do I disable this? How do I gain control of my control panel?

Jose I am awaiting activation on their forum and its taking a while, so I thought someone here may know how to at least get my control panel back. Thanks

MOD: Removed system folder name for security reasons

Ji Jose-

To disable extensions, manually add the following line in your “config.php” file (system/config.php):

$conf['allow_extensions'] = "n";

This will disable extensions, so that you can gain access to the CP.

However, we do not offer support for third-party add-ons so I am going to move this post to the “Extensions: Discussion and Questions” forums. Also, I would recommend contacting the developer of the extension, so that he may be able to help you out.

Thanks, Adam
