LG Member Form Customizer v. 1.1.0

Hi, Leevi. I keep getting this error message in the CP’s home page:

“Addon update check failed for LG Member Form Customiser.”

regardless of how I set up the extension, including turning on or off the Check for Updates feature. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks!
