SimplePie / Google Calendar : Edit Existing Plugin

I trying to find a better calendar solution for my EE project. Right now, the plugin (http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/79178/) I’m testing is here: http://amystoddard.com/calendar under “Example of the plugin found here.” (There’s an error on line 291 in pi.gcal.php being suppressed).

Is it possible to parse for a single event? Can someone send me an estimate/availability? Right now the title “Business Development” links to: http://www.google.com/calendar/event?eid=cmx1aXRwMjVxNmpobDdzOTQ5cWhxMW9ydHMgYW15QGFteXN0b2RkYXJkLmNvbQ

I can’t get the magpie RSS parser to cooperate w/ Google Calendar. I can only access {title} and {summary}…and {summary} doesn’t give me any formatting control. My only other option is to embed the calendar which gives me ZERO creative control.

Any help on this and I’ll get back to you right away. I’ll pay for a working plugin that fetches individual events.
