LG Multi Language Questions

Hi all.

I’m currently maintaining an EE site that I built myself. The client has asked if it’s possible to have the website translated into different languages; preferably Italian, French and Spanish for now.

After looking at the LG Multi Language on Levi Graham’s website, I’m starting to think this extension/plugin only translates short phrases and single words. Will it translate 6-10 paragraph press releases as well?

If this extension is capable of multi paragraph translations, I will have future questions as well. If not, what are some of the best solutions on a multi-lingual website? I looked at the wiki and might go down that road, but it appears to be for more experienced PHP programmers.
