I got laid of from my dream high-tech sales job in April and since then I have been doing contract development. While this pays the bills, it is definitely NOT what I want to do as my previous job was in sales.
I am working on expanding my sales consulting/contracting business. I have one small contract so far and I hope to have another locked up next week. However I could use a few more small ones or one bigger one.
I am looking for small to medium sized businesses that don’t need a full time sale exec, but are looking to expand their sales. I have a background in technology (BSc in Computer Science) and have been involved in large (Nortel) and small software companies for the past 10 years, so I am looking to sell software, IT services (including web design, etc) and/or hardware.
So I have two questions for you all (assuming this post is appropriate):
1) Are you looking for someone like me?
2) Do you have any suggestions for where I might work?
