Sorry… ignore that last bit. You want to use the weblog tags for displaying first…. got ahead of the game with add to cart.

Look on this page instead:

Why not put the dealer price in the FoxEE Sales price area then do something like this

{if member_group == "2"}
MSRP: {foxee_price}

Your Price: {foxee_saleprice}
{if:else}
{foxee_price}
{/if}

With member group 2 in this example being the member group for the dealer. The only downside with this is that you coudln’t put any of your items on sale in the traditional way

Hey Justin. I thought of that too… it could be a problem if nothing can be put on sale in the traditional way though. But, might as well mention it, as maybe it won’t be for his needs.

Maybe Mike from HCC has some other ideas on this one. Ideally, discounts per member group would be best, but if each item is discounted differently, then discounts doesn’t work that way and it becomes tricky for sure.

FoxyCart has added support for PayPal Standard/Express. Has that been option been added to the FoxEE module also? Are there any screenshots of the EE control panel with this module installed?

Hi - We are in the process of testing the paypal integration in foxee. We will be providing a update once it is complete. I can not provide a firm date but it is our top priority at the moment.

Thanks for your interest in foxee

Is there any way to have foxycart / foxee just email me all of the order information without charging the card? I want to be able to verify all of the info with the seller first, and then proceed. Is this possible?

I know in foxycart there’s the “Authorize Only (do not capture funds)” option, but it would be ideal to not even have to use the payment gateway, as we already have a system in place in our store.

If that is the case why not use something free like FreeForm to capture the data then just process it in your store. It seems a little overkill to use a shopping cart tobjust gather information if you are going to then process it in your store

Hey Mike is the paypal integration going to be independent of foxycart? How will that work? I know foxycart is presently in the process of doing the same thing.

Foxee build 1.10.60.032 is now available. This includes a few bug fixes including a change to use inline queries for better compatibility with third party addons, most notably the FieldFrame extension.

@Leroy - FoxyCart has implemented PayPal standard and can be accessed with Foxee. FoxyCart store 060 is currently in beta but we have yet to find any problems with it and Foxee is compatible with FC store 060. PayPal, if activated will be available to your customers upon checkout.

I raised a new thread http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/141348/ enquiring about FoxEE compatibility with EE2.0, but on reflection should probably have posted it here.

Thanks Michael.
Any more update on an estimated release date? I assume not if it’s not on that post?
Cheers,
