I was just curious if any of you have worked with SilverStripe as it looks quite impressive in demo environment. Someone just pointed me on it today…and was curious if any of you have used it. Care to share?

I played around with it for a few hours about a year ago. It’s pretty nice but I didn’t feel compelled to take it any further. It had good documentation and looks to have a future.
That’s my two cents anyway!

Friend of mine started to do a bit of work with it and it looks very nice and quite a bit of a ‘package’. The more I work with EE the harder it is to even invest time evaluating other CMS. I can’t even say how many times I have started a discussion/advise with “Well, why don’t you use EE” 😊.
The only time I find looking elsewhere is when I hear buzzwords of “full-blown social network” and “shopping cart” based site….anyhow.
