Add me to the pool for the PDF book, please. Getting ready for a redesign of our site, and really could use this to get some traction.

Boyink! West Michigan Love! ok, I probably don’t need it, but I’m sure I can find some new web nerd who needs it.

Of course, I’d love to get a copy as well (PDF) ... and wouldn’t it be nice to know it over here in good old europe 😉

But lets not forget: congrats to Michael for finishing the project!

I’d love a good ol’ fashioned, ink stinkin’, paper-cut inducing version of the book. Besides my wife would like me to spend time away from the ol’ mac once in a while.

Cheers Mike and congrats on the book!

Well .. I was actually going to buy this because, at my age, its sometimes hard to keep all of this stuff in one place .. let alone in one’s head!

I could print out a PDF because it would take forever for a book to get to me down under down under .. (Tasmania)

Thank you Michael for writing it.

I’d love to get a print version of this!  I’ve been looking for an excuse to start pushing EE on clients, and having some knowledge beforehand would really help my sales pitch.
