Congratulations to the winners and also congratulations to Michael on what I should think is an excellent resource.

    Well done Michael.

    Best wishes,

    Mark

Put me down for the EE license giveaway 😉
Maybe if I start a rumor it will come true.
Just the personal version will be ok fine.

About the book: I’m actually getting the thing done(building the demo site). I think the book will be a roadmap for setting up any new sites for me. Implementing the sections required for the project, and not forgetting important steps. I think the price of admission for Michael B’s next project is going to be a little steeper, and have me springing for a licensed personal copy of EE, it will be worth it to have sitewide user management/member functions.

I would love to have this book. We just bought a copy of EE at my job and are currently testing a few sites before going live. Since it’s all new to me and my co-workers, this book could be very useful.

No. its over. But head over to Train-ee.com and support Michael for his educational efforts purchasing a copy for a not very large amount of money.

I am new to EE as well and I would say the one thing that excites me most about EE is that their is a support staff as opposed to Drupal or Joomla.

This book would really jump-start my development. Till then I will be trying my best to get going on my own.

    I’d love a copy!

    Fingers crossed. We’ll see….

    Thanks,

    Josh

    Josh,

The contest has been over for quite some time (since February).  You can still order a book though.

Also, there is the free version available on Michael Boyink’s blog.

    Ok. Thanks. I wasn’t sure.

Can you tell me how much more info the book has than the free tutorials at Boyink’s blog?

Thanks for the url. I have been using it most of the day to get up and out of the gate.
