Good idea, Leslie. I suppose I could have offered up my own last.fm list when I first posted.

I a newbie, according to my status.. I just signed up on this forum today 😊
No small wonder I would immediately gravitate to the music thread - - I’m a music junkie. My music varies during coding.. but for today, it’s nothing but Stevie Ray Vaughn.
Cheers!

I hope today included his rendition of “Little Wing.” 😊

Sometimes when I need a quick break, I pop in Guitar Hero on extreme and do a little Texas Flood.

@ Derek - Guitar Hero! Ha - and I thought I was the only one with that dirty little secret 😊
@-Alan- An afternoon w/ SRV wouldn’t be complete without his rendition of Little Wing 😊

Mmmm Stevie! 😉
Danced to Rivera Paradise at my wedding (now 16 years ago…yikes!).
Also got to see Stevie in concert the week he died - the show prior to his last was here in W. MI. Still have the tickets yet….

@Boyink - that is a coincidence. I was at his very last show that very fateful night in East Troy, Wisconsin at the Alpine Valley Amphitheater. I didn’t hear about his accident until the day after. :(

Great thread…
I have a high schoolish crush on Andrew Bird
I love to listen to This American Life, but find it hard to do any challenging coding with it on - too interesting.
Also play
Zap Mama, The soundtrack to Blue In The Face, Liz Phair and Sinead O’Connor
but mostly my iTunes selection is thin.
I always forget about Pandora. I’m going to turn it on now 😊

All different kinds (jazz, hip-hop, alternative, pop - everything) during standard development, but when it’s down to crunch mode or the launch of site, it’s always live Phish for me.

Ignite… Your list read like mine. I am a big fan (and listening to right now) Project86. Chevelle is just downright sick. Awesome stuff…
So I am so digging this thread…

Chevelle is at the local state fair this weekend, and I can’t make it. ><

Coldplay sets a good mood for me! I also go for Mutemath, Skillet, and Matt Kearney.

MuteMath… Have you ever seen them in concert? Their drummer is insane. He duct tapes his headphones to his head. Halfway through a set they are flying off. Definitely an animated group.
