drusoicy, it’s my turn to look. I have a brand new install I’ll be testing against.
To recap:
I am going through a batch of photos, Watermark box is checked, but no watermark is appearing. I confirmed all settings, and there is no reason that the watermark SHOULDN’T be appearing.
You don’t have error checking turned on.
You’re using GD2.
A few additional questions:
How much memory is available to PHP?
How big are the images you’re attempting to watermark?

I have just enabled error checking, so that’s on now. When I run the file that LisaJill had me upload, now I get this instead of a blank page:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /var/www/vhosts/gearlive.com/httpdocs/test_error.php on line 3
Server in total has 2 GB of RAM, of which 1.5GB is in use at the moment. The images aren’t too large…800x600, maybe 40-80 KB max each.
Thanks for sticking through this with me, my deadline for getting this gallery up was 4 hours ago! 😊

What I’d suggest doing is to delete the gallery folder in your system/modules folder, and reupload the gallery folder. I was having some weird problems when testing the watermark settings.
When I tested the watermarking, I took the default values, and tested with a batch of 7 entries. All of them were watermarked. Now I wasn’t using the same watermark you were, or your settings. But give that a try and see what happens.
