Do you experience the issue with Captchas yourself when you visit the site?

If not then it seems like it might be something up with the clients end somewhere and so we would need some more information in order to be able to track this down.

No problems at my end and still no word from the client.

I think it’s only a handful of people. Probably still using IE3 or something…

If it’s working okay for you and not for the client then I would suspect something up with their connection. Are you able to check using your computer on their connection perhaps?

Without more information on this one it’s going to be very difficult to track this one down. If the client isn’t able to give more information for us to work on then it’s very difficult to say I’m afraid.
