    The only experience I have with EE is with the content management.  The developer did everything else.  I don’t have a problem with trying anything, I’m not intimidated by my computer =) but I have only been looking into EE in the last couple weeks (between my other tasks) since the developer disappeared.  I think my end goal is to be able to do all this in-house and I probably will need to get some formal training - just don’t have the time right now.

    Let’s approach this a different way.. you mention using a Moblog. Are you just sending an email, or how are you getting the email in that way?

    You’re also a few builds behind.. which may or may not be the issue.

    How comfortable are you with putting in an entry from inside the control panel?

    We are doing both.  We’ve tried sending an e-mail (in plain text) and just entering the event from the Control Panel.

    I’m comfortable with putting an entry from inside the control panel.

    Great!

    Let’s have you add a new event, the day before the September 2011 one. Call it Sample & Testing. Enter in the ampersand by itself. Let us know when you’ve posted.

    Hi vcom,

    Can you please go to Design > Templates > Template Manager in your CP and access the training_calendar/index template. Is there any code similar to this on the template?

    <?php echo htmlentities('{title}'); ?>

    Cheers

    Greg

    Sorry - I thought I had replied to this.  No, I could not find anything that had code similar to that.  Thanks.

    Do you’ve got a link to the site? Could I also ask you to upgrade to the most recent version and build? When you take third party add-ons like Wygwam out of the equation, does that change anything?
