    That’s the problem - my client is a tech company and runs their own server. What I would like to do is to just email them a simplified set of instructions for them to check…

    I understand, but unfortunately I don’t see how this can be broken down any further: their PHP environment does not support the “imagejpeg” function to create jpgs on the fly.

    I am having this exact same issue and I am the administrator for my dedicated host server.  It is using WHM and cPanel.  Does anyone know where and how I can change the settings to support creating JPGs on the fly?

    Hi mklann,

    I’m not sure that you can just change some settings to get this work. I believe that this is going to depend on how your version of PHP was compiled. Please check your version of GD since php.net suggests that you need at least GD version 1.8. You should be able to check this in your CP at Admin > Utilities > PHP Info.
