How did it go?
When is the next meeting? Would love to come.

couldn’t make either. wondering if there is going to be another meet up soon.

Just heard of this event at EECI in SF.  A bit late but please add my name to any future communications about SoCal events!

The tentative plans for “the next time around” were to host the meetup at the location/offices of one person, and to have an appointed person do a walk and talk through the back end of a website to discuss “how I/we solved this particular problem.”

So, it looks like it’s time to nudge people in this thread to see if…

—you’re willing to host the next meeting

—you’ve got a site or an issue that you want to show and tell.

Hey all. I just posted something on Twitter about this and Susan replied back about the meetup in January (I missed it!). I’d like to help organize something again, and I have two locations possible at the moment. The CoLoft in Santa Monica, and BLANKSPACES in Los Angeles. Both are coworking spaces and are great for events like this. I’m not the organizing type, so I’d love help, but if no one else will I certainly don’t mind. I also just took over the Los Angeles Web Developers (and designers!) group, and am setting the next meetup for June 30 at 7PM. I can start a Meetup.com group for this, many others in the EE community are using that tool so it will fit right in.

Marty is checking to see if he can host the next one; said he’d know in a week. (twitter: @martyromero ) So 30th meetup is for web devs? not EE peeps? Whew, b/c I won’t be able to make that one.
