While it was working, i made some changes to the FreeForm entry records, directly in the MySQL tables (not through the FreeForm UI).

What changes did you make and do you have many entries?
What version of Freeform do you have installed?

Would it be possible for you to rollback on the manual changes you made to the database?

Latest version of FreeForm.  I can access FreeForm directly and that works fine.  As does all the other installed modules.  It’s just that the modules page, itself, is blank.

I’m using FreeFrom to actively collect information right now.  I can’t imagine my direct mysql updates to FreeForm would impact the Modules page but not the FreeForm page?

    Rick,

I am just following the logic that if the Modules page was working before you made updates directly to the database then it might have something directly to do with that.

If you shared what kind of changes you made then we could rule them out of the equation.

The only changes i made directly to the mysql tables was an update to one of the fields.  I added some text to a text field.  I have removed the text I added.  The Modules page is still blank.

Can you please check your path.php and config.php files to make sure they do not have any white space following the closing php tag.  To be doubly sure, you can just delete the closing php tag.

Greg - I removed the white space and deleted the closing PHP tag in both files.  To no avail.  The Modules pages still shows up blank.

Even though I can’t see the list of modules on the modules page, I can access the individual pages for each installed module.

    Rick-

can you please replace your system/cp/cp.modules.php file with a freshly downloaded one?

Downloaded another version of 1.6.7.  Deleted cp.modules.php from my site.  Uploaded the new version.

Still, the modules page w/in the control panel is blank.

    Rick:

The error is due to some weirdness in the “Pollster” module.  The files are not a standard ExpressionEngine module type, as most of the php was commented out in lieu of plain text.  If you delete that module, you will be able to see your modules page.

Glad Greg found the culprit! Feel free to post again if you have any more questions.
