PHP Vulnerabilities and the ExpressionEngine Community

The past 24 hours have felt like a whirlwind. The PHP community is recovering from the news of two high risk vulnerabilities disclosed ahead of schedule. Developers and agencies are coordinating server and software updates to protect businesses, customers and interests around the web. A lot of work has gone into simplifying ExpressionEngine’s major version upgrades. You can upgrade directly from versions 2 through 7, without stopping at each major version along the way.
