Plugin : MaxMind Geoloc

Hi guys,

Didn’t see any geolocalization plugin and needed one to get the City of the user visiting the site.

As you can guess by the name, it’s based on the MaxMind WebService so you’ll need a license key to use it. It’s really simple and could be improved a lot. Feel free to do that if you need to. As long as you share it here after 😉

Plugin usage is as following :

{exp:maxmind_geoloc license_key='XXXXXXXXXXXX'}
        Country code: {country_code}

        Region: {region}

        City: {city}

        Postal Code: {postal_code}

        Latitude: {latitude}

        Longitude: {longitude}

        Metro Code: {metro_code}

        Area Code: {area_code}

        ISP: {isp}

        Organization: {organization}

API call results are cached for 15 minutes.
